How to Register for any of our classes with the PEP or FES-UA Scholarship

Direct pay or reimbursement?

In order to direct bill through your PEP or UA, you must have enough money in your EMA account.

If you are not funded, you must make payment at registration, request invoice and then submit for reimbursement once your funding is released.

REgister and allocate

You must first register on the Getz Arts website and secure your spot by filling out the form below.

After registering at www.getzarts.com, head to SUFS.org and sign into your scholarship portal

Select Marketplace, then find providers.
Select your student
Type Getz Arts into the search bar.
Select the wanted class and location.
Complete the allocation process
ALSO select one-time new student registration fee

Notification

You will receive a welcome email if you are a new student letting you know that funds and new student registration fee were allocated and the students spot is reserved. You can always email us at info@getzarts.com for any other question or concerns.

TERMS AND CONDITOINS

PRIVATE LESSONS: Bookings are based on available openings or secured as a recurring weekly slot through the Monthly Subscription. Cancellation Policy: 24-hour notice is required to reschedule with a makeup lesson. Lessons canceled by the instructor due to unforeseen circumstances will be rescheduled or credited. GETZ ARTS CLUBS, GROUP CLASSES AND ENRICHMENT DAYS: Scheduled by quarter sessions, with a one-time fee covering all classes within that period. No Refunds or Make-ups: Once a session starts, missed classes are not eligible for refunds or make-ups. DROP-IN CLASSES: Valid only for the date(s) purchased. No Refunds or Make-ups: Missed classes are not refundable or eligible for make-ups. BEHAVIOR: Students must be respectful to instructors, peers, the venue/studio space, and all equipment. Dismissal Policy: We reserve the right to dismiss any student whose behavior does not improve after fair warning. PHOTO WAVIER: By participating, you grant us the right to take, use, and publish photographic and video images of the minor for advertising and other purposes.
